Vitrade supplies machinery for flat glass processing and complete solutions for the glass industry, selected according to each customer’s actual production requirements.
We analyse the production process, available space, desired level of automation and business objectives. We assess the technical configuration, components, machine safety and integration with the existing production process in order to identify the most suitable solution.
The solutions supplied by Vitrade can be prepared for integration with Industry 4.0 systems and are supported from both a technical and regulatory perspective, with particular attention to European standards, documentation and the CE conformity assessment and marking process.

Analysis and design
Every Vitrade project begins with an in-depth analysis of the customer’s production requirements. We assess the production process, processing objectives and specific technical requirements to identify the most suitable machinery and define the configurations required to improve shop-floor efficiency.
Technical Checks and Installation
Before delivery, we verify the machine’s technical configuration, compatibility with the production layout, expected performance and installation requirements. We also review the documentation and technical aspects required for CE compliance. Vitrade then coordinates delivery, positioning and installation at the customer’s facility, with the aim of ensuring a smooth and efficient start-up.
Commissioning and Support
The start-up phase includes functional testing, adjustments and commissioning of the machinery under actual operating conditions. This is followed by staff training, including guidance on correct operation and routine maintenance. Once production has begun, Vitrade remains a reliable point of contact for after-sales support, helping customers resolve issues and reduce machine downtime.
